I roll out of bed, grab a Starbucks where I have known the same Baristas for years, have breakfast, have a work out at the new Equinox (Equinox bought out the old Sports Club LA on Camden & Wilshire), and then walk to my office. I never take that for granted. For my newest listing, it is literally a 1 minute walk (well, I guess that depends on how fast you move) to houses of worship, the Starbucks across the street, a great sushi joint, and my favorite quick Chinese food in the city – Chef Mings!

Those of you who are from out of state or note local may not know this, but Beverly Hills is fairly rich in oil. There are oil rigs located adjacent to the running track at Beverly High, which you can see see churning out oil. It’s an interesting site.
