After my last CE class and watching the market I am hoping people will start to realize that sitting on the fence and continuing to wait should not be an option. Properties are beginning to go under contract and rates are starting to climb. In about 6 months we will be telling people "I told you so". The Charlotte, NC market seems to be bouncing back. If anyone has driven north or south on I-77 you will cross a small section of Lake Norman near exit 30 and 28. So many clients, as well as, family members have commented about the beauty of the Lake. I have lived most of my life near some form of water. Growing up in Upstate New York I lived on the Hudson River. I look back now and feel very fortunate that I had the opportunity as a young boy to enjoy the many activities that the river provided. Well, some of you may have seen some prior posts in regards to my frustration with customizing my Outside Blog. However, with the help of Brad, I was able to figure out how to resize pictures using Picnik. I still have to figure out how to make the collage thing work. You are able to take 4 or 5 pictures together and piece them together to make one nice banner along with some text. If I can get away for a few more hours without my boys wanting to play outside you may just find new banner that will be a little

OK...I know it has been a rough couple of months out there but don't worry it is now Springtime. To start the spring off right Lake And Town Realty has now lined up 7 closings in the next 2 weeks with a possible 2 more by the end of April.
