I was a business conference in San Diego a couple of weeks ago. The company that held the conference, Buffini and Company, is in my opinion the best there is. Dave Ramsey, who some have likely heard of, was a speaker at the conference. He said "real estate is on sale" and I am buying lots of it as it will be worth MILLIONS more in the future.
