I have buyers that say we want to save more so we can buy something really spacious and comfortable for us. Well now is the perfect time to do this because of the short sales and foreclosures and the incredible prices we have not seen in a long time. I remember starting off in a condo first then building my equity of a period of time and moving into my single family home, a larger home. This is a long term investment not a quick fix or flip like it used to be a few years ago. Your not settling to start in a smaller home. Putting your money towards a condo or home is a smart choice,  instead of wasting hundreds and thousands of dollars towards a rental for years until you find your perfect home.
