The Facebook Phenomenon.  How much sharing is too much? 
Sure, sharing is a good thing, but just how much about yourself should be blasted all over Facebook or on the
Internet for that matter?  How safe am I in Owensboro, Kentucky?  How safe are you where you live? 
Is anyone really safe?
I have been reading how some have been stalked since posting on the Facebook and it makes you start
wondering about what is really safe.  Apparently there are a lot of unstable people out there that will stop short

OMHS is rated in the top 270 hospitals in the country and is one of only five in the commonwealth to obtain this honorable award! 
 Apparently this group studies the mortality rates and clinical care of almost 5,000 non-federal hospitals.  According to OMHS's CEO Jeff Barber, this is an award that is hard to achieve.

We had a very short night of trick or treaters in our Woodcrest Subdivision in Owensboro Kentucky. 
I guess because there are only 2 houses on my particular street, the trick or treaters ruled against the walk up our street for just 2 measly treats!  It was obvious we were here and handing out candy!  We even had orange lights on the trees out front!

Having made many friends in my life, I find that it is very difficult to say "goodbye" and never really can
say "goodbye".....
How many of you have a hard time saying goodbye?  Does it ever get "easy?" I don't think so!
Having been in the Real Estate Profession for over 10 years and having to personally move myself fairly often, you would think that I would have an easy time saying goodbye.....

My friend Pat Sturgeon and I have been habitually enjoying sushi together recently in Owensboro,Ky .
 One of the places we have been enjoying our sushi is at a new place restaurant off Highway 54 called Ninki's. 

 We are like two little kids on Christmas going and trying out different sushi rolls every time we go to Ninki's.

The snow was almost melted away the day these photos were taken in the Wonderful Woodcrest Subdivision In Owensboro, Kentucky.  Earlier I had posted some photos of a "snowy" day here.
 
This is a street view of the subdivision.  On any given day, many neighbors are out walking and enjoying the views and the beautiful lake.
 
You can see the small remains of the recent snowfall. This is one of the lake views I took while out walking and enjoying this wonderful and scenic neighborhood.

I was just wondering if any Realtors in the rain are doing video house tours in their real estate offices versus doing real house tours? 
In Owensboro,Kentucky we do Realtor house tours every Tuesday morning.  We simply get as many as possible into a few cars and go and preview new listings in the area.  These listings could be close by or way out in the county, which means the time and miles could add up.  Is this the best use of our time?  Is this one of those things that have always been done this way ,but could be improved and … (10 comments)
