jacksonville: Paragon 5 (Local Board MLS questions) - 05/25/11 02:02 PM
Anyone else frustrated with the lock out feature that occurs when you don't literally click the log out button? For instance your computer does a security scan and reboots or you accidently click the top right of your computer tab. . .then not only are you no longer in the program but you are locked out for approximately fifteen minutes? Also, the adjustment features on the CMA is on the fritz. . .just wondering if any fellow rain drops were having the same issue and wondering if you had any great tips or tricks with the progam

jacksonville: Scared of our local market? You shouldn't be! - 07/26/08 12:40 PM
Not sure if the Jacksonville-area market is the right place for you to invest? I'm sure you have been watching countless news stories about the industry, the market and various lending institutions. The Onslow County area never experienced the "bubble" so many "Chicken Littles" are running around crying over. The market isn't falling here. . .and this is still a tremendous land of opportunity for the first time home buyer and more! The general rule of thumb (note, not gospel and I will NOT garantee these results) in our local market is a minimum two years of ownership will ensure you

jacksonville: A big, beefy web presence because, afterall, size does matter. - 02/21/08 05:15 PM
Big and beefy, fresh and meaty, can you guess what it is? My Internet presence! Why is that super cool and important to you? If you are reading this, like most folks, you must be doing a little web research, looking for a home, an agent, to learn more about the Jacksonville, NC area, or perhaps found a listed tag that pertains to a special interest of yours. However you found me, the

Might be time to think about taking advantage of the great market here in Onslow County and moving UP to a home with a little more space!
