My First Open House Video - Whoot! :) - 06/26/10 06:23 PM
I just sat an Open House today in Trilogy, a beautiful adult community in Gilbert. The address is 5478 S. Peachwood Dr. Gilbert, AZ 85289. I just got my new iPhone last Thursday and decided that I’d do a video on this listing to see how well it does. I'm not sure why, but I've always avoided making videos but with this new iPhone I'm liking it. The new iPhone 4 records in HD now, but for some reason when I uploaded the video from the phone to YouTube it compressed it…something to work on.

Chandler's First Time Homebuyer's program is celebrating its one year anniversary and has helped seven families purchase homes in the City.
Three more workshops have been scheduled in Chandler to educate the community about the program.
The workshops will be held from 6:30 - 7:30pm on June 29, July 27 and August 24, at the Chandler Community Center, Room 205, 125 East Commonwealth Avenue.

Chandler is an All-America City! National Civic League judges chose the city as one of 10 winners of the prestigious, nationwide competition on Friday, June 18, 2010. Chandler was one of 27 finalists presenting at the 2010 All-America City Awards in Kansas City this week. Chandler is the only Arizona winner and finalist for the 61st annual awards. I have been wanting to post some pictures of our trip over the mountain from Telluride, CO. to Ouray. We had a great day, it was a long and sometimes a nail biting experience. My father bought a Jeep and wanted to see what she could do, my brother-in-law also has a Jeep so we set out on a long trip over the mountain. This was a beautiful trip, I’ll have to make a blog about the other side of the mountain into Ouray, the Switzerland of America. The beginning of the trail from Telluride.

"Mighty Mud Mania" began in 1976 as the "Shout It Out Decathlon," a promotional gimmick for Johnson's Wax "Shout" Spray pre-wash. The activity was held in Chaparral Park in Scottsdale and the Johnson's Wax Company provided 300 white t-shirts for the participants. Johnson's dropped the program because our Arizona mud was too tough for the pre-wash. However, the City of Scottsdale felt the activity was so successful, that our Parks and Recreation Division incorporated the event into the summer recreation program. Great Website to find Cheapest Gas Prices - 06/17/10 01:22 PM
I used to use GasBuddy.com back when gas prices were $4/gal plus to try to find the cheapest gas in my area, my wife saw this and mentioned that we should blog about this. I’ve also added a page on our website that shows the entire US in real time, which you can narrow down by zooming into your area or typing in city/zip code. The easiest way to find the page is to bookmark this page US Gas Prices , or type ‘gas’ in the Website Search widget on our sidebar.

Number of Foreclosures filings are down in Phoenix metro area - 06/10/10 06:51 PM

Have you ever “Googled,” Google’s Bike map for you city? I just Googled Chandler, Arizona to see where the bike paths are throughout the city…and to my surprise we are quite Green!
Now everything highlighted in the bright green are the bike paths in Chandler, Arizona. Just another fun thing to do this summer with the kids…take a bike ride! :) ……………………………………………………………………………………

Did you know...
On Friday, March 23, the City Clerk's Office processed 105 passport applications, smashing the previous record of 89 applications set on March 19, 2004, and again on March 16, 2007. In addition to passports, the Clerk's office also processed 15 marriage licenses on the 23rd. The record for marriage licenses processed in a single day is 28, which occurred on Dec. 20, 2006.
