So many changes are happening throughout the City of Chandler ...like the Chandler Arizona Real Estate Market is GREAT for one!

The recent $/SF trend is positive in cities with more expensive housing (over $70 per sq. ft), including
Fountain Hills Rio Verde Carefree Gold Canyon New River Tempe Goodyear Phoenix Anthem Paradise Valley Litchfield Park Scottsdale Sun Lakes Chandler Exceptions are Mesa, Gilbert, Peoria, Cave Creek and Sun City West, which are over $70 but still declining, if only slightly in some cases.

Check out this bad boy!!!
As our summer adventure continued through Mount Rushmore and the Black Hills in Rapid City, South Dakota we spent the afternoon in Custer State Park... where the Buffalo are free to roam.
I have some more amazing pictures to show...stay tuned!!! Enjoy our summer adventure, who knows you may make the same trip someday! :)

Chandler Fireworks..at Tumbleweed Park - 07/01/11 12:35 AM
Chandler 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular
The kids carnival at this southeast Valley celebration features a 35-foot water slide, a 24-foot climbing wall, a dunk tank, games and other interactive amusements. The Cactus Bike Push, Pull, Pedal Bike Parade starts at 6 p.m. Local bands M80 and Plastic Gladys play starting at 7 p.m. The Chandler Lions Club will sell food and beverages to help raise money for next year's Independence Day festival.
Fireworks start at 9:30 p.m. On-site parking is $5 per vehicle.

FREE Fireworks & Festivities - Sunday in Ahwatukee - 07/01/11 12:28 AM
Red, White and Boom
Look out for bigger and better pyrotechnics at this annual bash!!! The Hype, a southeast Valley band that plays original songs, classic rock and Top 40 covers, headlines the entertainment, stick around and enjoy the tunes. Sign up for the hot-dog-eating contest, bike parade and hula-hoop competition. Area restaurants and bars will serve food at the marketplace, and there will be a kids area.
Fireworks start at 9 p.m.
