More GREAT Changes are on the way for Chandler...
Arizona State University and the city of Chandler are joining forces to convert a 32,600-square-foot city building into a technology-innovation center.
Scheduled to open in August, officials envision that by 2015 up to 1,000 students a year could pass through the Chandler Innovation Center, with many of them coming from the university's Polytechnic campus in Mesa to work with local businesses on research projects.

Fountain Hills Rio Verde Carefree Gold Canyon New River Tempe Goodyear Phoenix Anthem Paradise Valley Litchfield Park Scottsdale Sun Lakes Chandler Exceptions are Mesa, Gilbert, Peoria, Cave Creek and Sun City West, which are over $70 but still declining, if only slightly in some cases.

I love this time of year in Arizona...the weather is perfect and dining outside is enjoyable this time of year! There is nothing better than the ambiance just perfect when you are out and about enjoying a fine restaurant.
My husband and I have 2 beautiful children...and as most parents know that it gets expensive hiring a sitter for the evening, so we have changed our ‘evening dates' to ‘day dates' while the kids are at school, we take time to rejuvenate and spend sometime with one another!
