FHA putting the squeeze on standards - 01/21/10 08:48 PM
FHA will be implementing some new standards this summer that WILL have an impact on the housing market. If you are a first time homebuyer and haven't decided to get into this market yet, you should think real hard.
First of all, you only have until April 30th to get a house under contract to be eligible for the credit. Also, come summer time, FHA is expected to lower the amount of seller help that a vuyer can ask for on a FHA insured purchase.
