Living in the Horsham, PA area is a privilege I have enjoyed for almost 4 years now and it has given me an appreciation for the many great neighborhoods where residents of Horsham Township can live. One of those neighborhoods is Hidden Meadows.  The Hidden Meadows neighborhood is comprised of 71 households on Colonial Drive, Lantern Lane, Lamplighter Road and Coach Road off of Witmer and Norristown Roads. This lovely community is comprised mainly of colonial style homes with beautiful private backyards, many with patios or decks to enjoy the picturesque views of mature trees and landscaping. The month of May was suppose to give us a good idea on what would happen to the amount of real estate activity after the first time home buyer tax credit deadline passed. I have noticed a slight decrease in the amount of showings on homes that are in the first time home buyer price range. I am optimistic that we will see an increase in sales this summer due to housing being very affordable, and the interest rates staying low.
