Seaside at Anastasia Condominium is located in the heart of St. Augustine Beach, Florida just about 5 miles south of historic downtown St. Augustine.  There are 117 individual condominium homes offering several floor plans.   All of the homes are one level flats ranging in size from 1377 - 1488 square feet.  Built in 2003 these concrete block homes have THREE bedrooms (most have two) and two full baths.  There is plenty of parking including some garages.  The Community includes a beautiful pool, roomy clubhouse and fitness center.

A friend of mine challenged me this morning to participate in the "Spirit 30/30/30" plan.  Even though it is a promotion for their company, I applaud Spirit Airlines in their quest to save the public money, reduce fuel consumption and enhance our environment. 
I plan to implement a number of their suggestions, because Lord knows I need to save some coin.  How about you, are you ready to take the Sprit Challenge?

I recently met with a REALTOR and her customers at my model condominium home in SeaGrove St. Augustine Beach.  She had been showing them new home construction, fixer-uppers, vacant home sites, short sales and foreclosures before coming in to visit me.  Everyone looked frustrated and tired, agent included.   What were these "buyers" looking for?  I do not think they even knew, but what ever it was it had to be A DEAL.  Having a variety of properties to choose from can be a great thing for buyers but it can also be paralyzing.
