new homes in st augustine: Roadmap to Recovery - 12/03/08 07:02 AM
I am subscribed to many industry newsletters and blogs. One of my favorites (beside this site of course) is Inman News and its editorial project: Roadmap to Recovery. In this project Inman News polls Realtors, mortgage lenders, the mortgage-backed securities industry, title companies, technology firms as to their opinions on the future of the real estate industry. It is interesting to read these leaders opinions of what is happening in their areas, much like reading the posts on this site. Inman is offering a fabulous incentive to complete the survey. Authors of published responses will receive one complimentary pass to Real Estate Connect in

new homes in st augustine: A new Ball of Wax - 12/02/08 09:14 AM
Our industry is changing, evolving, into a whole new ball of wax. This is the market that will separate the boys from the men, the wheat from the chafe. Transaction Management is the service that will differentiate us as professionals. Anyone can do a CMA with the information that now can be gleaned from the Internet. Halloween is well over but I am still enjoying a special "treat" that I received from a local Real Estate Agent. This agent went "trick or treating" to homes in St Augustine delivering bags of treats. Treats such as maps, restaurant guides, buying and selling tips as well as a "Mightygrip", you know those round rubber discs that you keep in your kitchen junk drawer?
