relocate to st augustine: Recommended Dining Downtown St. Augustine - 09/18/09 06:26 AM
I love good food and I love to dine out, at least several times a week.  I always make sure to have a handful of business cards with me.  More times than not, I'll run into at least one prospective buyer or seller.  I love to mix business with pleasure.
Since I am often out and about, clients ask for my restaurant recommendations.  St. Augustine has hundreds of fabulous restaurants from which to choose.  Where is a hungry patron to go?
Here are a few of my choices in the Downtown St. Augustine area:

Does that mean we are on the way to a recovery?  Read the article and see for your self

With interest rates at such a low, those considering keeping their homes, (like me) have been tempted to refinance at a lower rate.  But I've also considered making extra payments to reduce my principal.
I turned to the advice of Jack Guttenag, Professor of Finance Emeritus at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

relocate to st augustine: Are There Really Opportunities in the Commercial RE Market? - 06/26/09 08:36 AM

For those of you who know me, you know that I am always looking for the best in every situation.  My glass is never half empty.  Even though the Commercial Real Estate picture remains ugly, the Wall Street Journal reports that there are opportunities in the current Commercial Real Estate market.
National Association of REALTORS reports that "both Bear Stearns (now owned by JP Morgan Chase) and Morgan Stanley are offering CMBS investments -- their top issues with suggested yields of about 10%"
