I recently met with a REALTOR and her customers at my model condominium home in SeaGrove St. Augustine Beach. She had been showing them new home construction, fixer-uppers, vacant home sites, short sales and foreclosures before coming in to visit me. Everyone looked frustrated and tired, agent included.
