The Vancouver Sun shouted at me on Friday morning "FRASER VALLEY HOUSE PRICES AT 8-MONTH LOW". It looks like the Bank of Canada is not as bullish on the economy as the Royal Bank and they actually did cut the target overnight lending rate from 4.5% to 4.25%. I would imagine that ou can expect a similar drop in some of the mortgage rates.

October was another strong month for the Metro Vancouver / Greater Vancouver real estate market. Sales were over 3000 units, which was 11.2% over last October and only 2.3% below the heady days of October 2005.
