You will not believe what I'm writing.  I have a client who is looking at properties all over NC and plans to move from the North when he finds what he is after.  We have been working for a few months and he has made a couple of trips down to view properties.  Most of them are close enough for me to handle personally, but I have referred a few.  Well now to the UNBELIEVABLE part.  Last week he drove to his appointment I had made him to meet an agent (who I was not familiar with) and see a property.  … (2 comments)

Well finally!  NC may actually matter in the primary!  All the people who complain year after year about gas prices, taxes, etc, this is finally your chance to have an effect.  I won't get in to politics or blast my personal opinion of the candidates and try to sway anybody, but I will encourage everybody to vote!  NC traditionally has a low voter turnout, but it is especially important this time.  Do your civic duty and vote.  As the old saying goes  "If you don't vote, don't complain".  … (2 comments)

I have had the last 2 days to work from home due to a sick child.  Normally working at home is a NO-NO for me.  My nanny has recently been in a bad car accident, so we have had to make new day care arrangements.  Obviously kids with fevers can't go to daycare.  So of course it only makes sense for me to stay home since my wife is paid hourly.  I decided on day 1 that I would go broke if I worked from home on a regular basis.  Day 2 I decided around lunchtime that it was not possible and … (5 comments)
