I only work with a maximum of 3 clients at a time, I decline to work with 75% of the clients that contact me when looking for a foreclosed homes because they do not fit my criteria. I have a system that I use and that I have perfected with bank contacts that i work with

ok here is the scenerio, I was working with a nce couple for about a year and we were loking for lakefront homes in West Milford, we wind up finding them a home it fell through becasue of insepctions, so we continued to look. Then they decided to go over to the NY side and look of course without me and the NY agent showed them a NJ house and they bought it!!!! then afterwards the apologized to me for spending a whole year working with them the new agenst spends one day an gets the sale! what can be said … (1 comments)
