Never ceases to amaze me how some agents get so emotional in this business, ITS JUST BUSINESS! I recently put an offer in for a client that was basically $2500 away from what the seller wanted, and the agent got little emotional when I told her what the trend was in the area and how my clients were actually paying over what the home was actually worth, she yelled and screamed at me about how if my buyers could not afford the property it was my problem not her sellers problem and then hung … (5 comments)
