I receive The eMarketer Daily everyday and that is one of the first things I look at in the morning. I am a chart person because it tells the story right away and I can save some time.
Today was no different than any other day and as I was reading the articles, this one grabbed my attention. Real Estate is on top of the list.
Question was "Items for Which US Online Buyers Would Like Live Help Before Making an Online Purchase, June 2009"
Well, it is mine and probably everyone elses opinion, too.
This is absolutely absurd. And we need our voices to be heard.
They come up with an idea and roll it out, while it is effecting everyone. When do we get to voice our n? We are being effected and have no voice in it? and this is happening in a democracy? Are you kidding me?
"Unfortunately, the “Big Three” credit bureaus – Equifax, Experian and TransUnion – have issued new guidelines that allow lenders to report new mortgage loan modifications as “partial payment status,” a designation that could lower an individual’s credit score by more than 50 points."
It's my opinion that being penalized for doing a loan modifcation is just BS to the nth degree! It's like why bother? Why not just go ahead and do the short sale and move on with your life?
Homeowner Down Payment and Closing Assistance Program for Murray, Utah residents.
If you live in Murray (in Utah), this is a great program that may interest you or your friends/family members who would like to live in Murray.
The program will be established as a loan program to the families who are in low to moderate income level. Although the program does not grant the money to the applicants, in 15 years the applicants can apply for 50% of the loan to be forgiven.
The loan will be between $5000 and $7500. However if you live in Murray for 15 years and have the half of it forgiven, imagine how little the value of $2500 to $3750 in 2024.
If you have taken $7500 for your loan, and have the half of it forgiven, all you have to do is to save $13.89 a month and you will have $3750 at the end of your 15 years, assuming that you do not put the money in a savings account and collect interest.
This is what I was thinking of asking but I realized that this is question is ABSOLUTELY WRONG !!!
Each media has its own targeted audience with certain results.
So here it goes... If you are a real estate agent which media has been successful for you, and who was your audience? online or offline?
I've set up a budget and I'm planning on spending it in the the next few days. I have three options that I'm considering at this time, but I would love to hear from you and what your experience was...
As I said, I have three options in mind...
1- Local Journal/Newspaper. This is the media that is delivered to each home for free and it is local to each city in the greater Salt Lake City area.
2- Yellow pages.
3-Purchase a ZIP code from a marketing company, and they told me that I should get 5-20 leads per month depending on the population of the area.
I've listed my options from the least expensive to most expensive.
