Homeowner Down Payment and Closing Assistance Program for Murray, Utah residents. If you live in Murray (in Utah), this is a great program that may interest you or your friends/family members who would like to live in Murray. The program will be established as a loan program to the families who are in low to moderate income level. Although the program does not grant the money to the applicants, in 15 years the applicants can apply for 50% of the loan to be forgiven. The loan will be between $5000 and $7500. Which media works best for you? This is what I was thinking of asking but I realized that this is question is ABSOLUTELY WRONG !!! Each media has its own targeted audience with certain results. So here it goes... If you are a real estate agent which media has been successful for you, and who was your audience? online or offline? I've set up a budget and I'm planning on spending it in the the next few days. I have three options that I'm considering at this time, but I would love to hear from you and what your experience was...

Although I have been an amateur photographer for over 15 years, i have never thought about making money from it. Few years ago, I got into stock photography, which is the opposite end of artistic photography. Although it was a struggle in the beginning, I was able to make it a nice hobby that pays for my new cameras and accessories, as well as enough to put aside for a nicer retirement. It is nice to collect royalties long after the image is taken and processed. But this image (below) was one of the glorious moments of my photography in the past

My wife, my brother-in-law and I have a small business providing transaction coordinating and marketing services to the agents in Utah and to be more specific in Midvale, Salt Lake City and Sugarhouse. Eventually, the business has grown and we started to serve in Sandy, Riverton, South Salt Lake and in Orem. Well, as the business grew, we have decided to separate the marketing, photography and other services that are supplement to the agents.
