I spent many years in the customer service oriented business of Title Insurance. Due to the standards and regulation of the American Land Title Association most title polices are pretty much the same.
The differentiation between title companies becomes service. Isn't that true about many businesses? Couldn't you buy the same or similar product in several different stores? Does service influence our decisions?
I say YES! I am all about Service, Service and Service!

Like many places around the world, you can see a million stars on a clear night in the Red Feather Lakes area.
One of the things I love about living here, is that our subdivision covenants prohibit leaving our outside lights on at night.
We don't have street lights either, so there is no artificial light interfering or competing with the starlight...
If you have been far away from the city lights, you know exactly what I'm talking about! The abundance of stars is overwhelming.

A few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to preview a couple of new listings with the listing agents in my office.
One house was vacant and cold. I mean temperature cold- it was freezing outside and the heat had been turned way down, or off inside the house.
The other house was so warm and inviting. It was beautifully decorated and immaculate. It smelled like Christmas. The owner knew we were coming, and put on a fresh pot of coffee, before she left her nice and warm cozy home for our preview. I had only been on the job about a month, when a couple came into the office asking about prices on a few lots they had seen.
