This market has bred all kinds of incentives for Buyer's agents but do they really make a difference? You can't really talk someone into buying a home because you'll be awarded a trip to Vegas, win a 1 year Escalade lease or be entered into a $10,000 cash drawing. We have to continue to put the Buyer's needs over our own... that's what makes us REALTORs.
