Turning of the Leaves and Fall

This is one of those transitional seasons where there could be buyers that have finally waited long enough to buy their vacation home and the sellers who have enjoyed their vacation homes for the summer and are now ready to move on to another adventure. The market I believe will be turning around and the action picking up.
