It's decisions we make everyday. How do we handle a little adversity? Are you able to re-group and make the best of the rest of the day? After all "It is the First Day of the Rest of Your Life!!

How we answer the question might determine how our careers go for the next 18-24 months. Is it the Good? Is it the Bad? Is it the Ugly? I'm not sure? But what I'm sure of is how we answers the question will play a role in what happens in our careers. My wife Lesia and myself are in Little Rock Arkansas this weekend representing the Arkansas Realtors Political Action committee at the Jefferson-Jackson Dinner and reception today. It's always fun to people watch at these events. We were having coffee this morning on the balcony of the Capital Hotel which is Grand old place that has a wonderful history. The Dance is Real Estate. Little did I know how little I knew 31years ago as a young 21 year old with a Fresh New Real Estate License and a Broker's License to boot! Yes, back then in Arkansas you could take an extra weekend (30) class room hours and if you passed the test you would be a Broker!! What a wild ride that has been. I've learned so much and continue to learn and evolve. Hey, just take a look I've gotten into ActiveRain and that is really stepping out of the box for me.

Do you ever think about that question? What are we doing to make our life more complicated? Or as the old saying goes are we taking our life to serious. Lets take a minutes and think about some of the things we do to complicate our life.
1. Can we control what Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac or FHA might do tomorrow? I don't think so. Maybe we should do what Charlie Rich said is a song from the 80's "Just keep on rolling with the flow". I really thinks that's all we can do.

Did anyone else read the article on MSN yesterday about the wealthy being foreclosed on twice as fast as the common person? It was a interesting articles that stated the owners of homes valued over a Million Dollars are twice a likely to let their Home go into foreclosure. They went on the say that 1 in 7 homes valued over a Million $ is seriously delinquent. Conpare that to 1 in 12 for houses valued under a Million $'s. That's just hard to understand until you finish the rest of the story.
