The alarm is going off and it is 5am in the morning. I reach over to hit snooze and I cannot find the alarm. That is right I use my smart-phone as my alarm these days. It is sitting across the room on the dresser. I get up to go turn off the alarm and grab my honey. It is 5 am remember and my eyes have not even adjusted to the little light that is coming from my alarm.

I don't know about you but I see this realtionship as a marriage. There are great times such as payday, smooth transactions, cooperative sales, open house hang outs, and trips put on by title companies(where have these gone). There are bad times such as house does not pass inspection for FHA and loan dies, disagreements on closing cost credits, skittish buyers, miscommunication and no communication. Does this only bother me? Am I the only one that believes that the call that you are on deserves all of your attention. When I have to be called back to take another call it simply says, "I value the other person more than I value you." Can you put a value on relationships? In our business this happens all the time. Generally, the other call is someone that may be new business. This is great new business means that you are doing something right. I ask, what about old business? Now that I have everybody's attention let's take a moment to examine this exact statement. In a statement that we see all too often in the industry; what message does it actually send? I will admit to using this very statement or variations of this very statement. "Client for Life" can mean many things. As a consumer, if you sit back and think about it, this may mean ownership.
