I am not on vacation or taking the week off. I have hit a form of blog block I like to call family life. Over the weekend my wife got a job as a babysitter so we now have one additional kid every day and my father decided to drop of our newest addition to the family Koda. Koda is a seven week old Boston Terrier. We are now a family of six. I am working on how to reformulate my schedule. Stay tuned for my next version of mastermind wisdom J/K soon. Can we get a 1 week extension please? I continue to hear that escrows are not closing on time.(not my deals of couurse:) I have come here today to offer my opinion on this subject matter. As we all know the times have changed. Many of the sellers in today's market go by the names Countrywide, Washington Mutual, and Aurora Loan Services not Bob aand Suzie Smith.
