A year in the Rain - 12/27/10 10:38 AM
Well, it's been almost a year now since I've been using Active Rain on a regular basis. I'd like to use it daily, but find it difficult to always make time to post blogs between listings, showings, and contract negotiations. In 2010, I can directly attribute TWO sales to my marketing through Active Rain. A customer e-mailed me through the website asking for assistance with homes for sale and Heritage. Bank of America - Please get it together! - 12/09/10 01:06 PM
I've been working on a normal purchase transaction with Bank of America for going on 70 days now. I'm representing the sellers, and we were supposed to close this past Monday. We've been told numerous times that it will close on time, and here we are the day before our new closing date with no clear to close or docs in hand. Communication has been almost non-existent throughout the process. I'm disappointed, as I do my personal banking with Bank of America and have always had a good experience. Is anyone else going through similar issues on regular purchase transactions with them?

Fort Worth Fall Landscapes - 12/01/10 11:17 AM
We don't get true "seasons" like many other areas and states, but this fall, I've noticed more color changes in the landscape here in Fort Worth. I just purchased a new camera as an early Christmas gift and thought I'd shoot a few photos around my neighborhood. The weather is beautiful!
