Business is growing in North Carolina! I've reposted a Raleigh area Realtor's information about the new Facebook data processing plant in Forest City and TWC data center in Charlotte, PLUS Google's facility in Lenoir and Apple's Maiden data center! NC is the place to be!!!

An article in today's News and Observer reports that Facebook's new data processing center, now under construction in Forest City, NC, about 75 miles west of Charlotte, will eventually house "tens of thousands of servers." The $450 million center willl serve the Eastern United States and Europe.
Facebook is not the only national corporation to "Like" North Carolina. Time Warner Cable is building a data center in Charlotte. Google built a $600 million facility in Lenoir that will eventually employ 250 people, and Apple is building a $1 billion data center in Maiden in Catawba County.
Companies have cited the state's low-cost electricity, ready access to water for cooling purposes, and state incentives as reasons for choosing North Carlolina.
