I read a news report today that early warning sirens will be  be tested weekly beginning November 28 Through January 30.
"The Frisco Fire Department will begin sounding its Outdoor Warning Siren system every Wednesday at noon beginning November 28 through January 30. The weekly, audible tests are necessary to ensure the sirens are working properly and to help prepare for the 2008 severe weather season."

real estate appraiser: Proactively Control the Experience of Your Client - 03/02/07 05:51 PM
We all need to be good stewards of our business and part of that is being able to work in harmony with our existing clients.  Keeping existing clients is much more efficient than the costs of attracting new ones.  Our continued focus should be in proactively controlling the experience of existing clients and making their future is predictable.
However, top-line growth is in the strategic plans of most companies.  This growth can come organically through existing clients or through attracting new ones.
Before I go futher I will preface this by defining clients as more permanent and not one-time projects.
