DENVER, CO - Time is running out for first time home buyer's to claim the $8,000 tax credit
As the November 30th deadline for the $8000 first time homebuyer tax credit approaches, realtors say people are still waiting to close on their homes. If anyone is looking to buy a home under this program they need to go in prepared with a pre-approved lender letter and be under contract before the last week of October.
