Have you ever noticed how your attitude affects your client's perspective?  When you approach a challenge with a ‘solution' attitude it can make a huge difference in someone else's life.
Last night I got a call from a ‘now' client.  She was referred to me via a friend of a friend.  Apparently she purchased a home few years back but got an opportunity to purchase her ‘dream home' one year later.  She had renters in the home she initially purchased.  They didn't maintain a level of care.  It has become too overwhelming financially to continue making two mortgage payments with no rental income.  The … (10 comments)
