LBPS short sale nightmare came true this past Monday.  A file we have worked on since January went belly up.  It took til April to get an approval even though all the paperwork was in by the second week of January. We hate to lose and fight like hell to the end.
The first buyers did their reports and found out the foundation and roof are gone.  Ummmm,,,,,,so we sent LBPS all the reports and estimates.  The negotiatior would not respond to a price reduction request.  The buyer walked.
