Short Sale Sharks, they are circling and moving in for the kill.  I often get calls from people who just want to ask questions about short sales.  They are trying to figure out what is best for them.  My business partner and my mantra is be educated, be informed, and be engagaed. We never try to push someone into selling their home short.

short sales: Paying It Forward-Driving My Client to Closing - 03/24/11 11:02 AM
Next week a long short sale will be closing.  Our client is over 80 years old and sunk her life savings in the home that is now worth 50% of what she paid for it.  I absolutely adore her and check in on her almost every week.
Her family lives far away, like hundreds and thousands of miles away.  She is moving close to her one son.  Next week several of her children will be here to help pack and travel with her across country to her new home.
