Helpful Closing Tips

Be sure to contact all utilities a week prior to closing. Be sure to call in the event your settlement date is changed as well.
Keep important financial papers handy. Your lender may require additional documents from you.
Be sure to have a valid State or Government photo ID with you at closing. Closers must verify you and Lender require Closers do so.
Obtain your final dollar amount for closing in a certified or cashier's check.
If your final dollar amount is not available use your most recent Good Faith Estimate also known as your "GFE" that you received from your loan officer.
