HUD has recently contracted with Auction.com to auction off HUD homes that have been on the market at least 60 days.  You can submit bids online, or attend the auction in person.  All buyers can bring their agent and have them represent them at the auction.  Commissions are available to agents who assist their buyers.  In addition, like the typical HUD home, buyer's can get up to 3% toward closing costs, and even obtain financing.  FHA loans are available for some properties.  Wow!  It's like getting the best of both worlds--auction prices and the ability to finance your home purchase.  The … (0 comments)
