Subprime Crash???

As put in the words of our lovely and talented leaders of My great Company, Washington Mutual, "There will ALWAYS be a need for suprime." The power of yes is strong but the ability to say no is healthier. I am proud to be a part of a company that took cuts long before the subprime industry took it's recent dive. WAMU/longbeach may not have won every deal - but every deal we had was winner.

We aggressively are moving towards efficiency and accuracy - along with flexibilty and prosperiety.

So - let's fund good loans and make MONEY!
