I'm wondering if the rest of the real estate professionals out there are feeling this way.... is it just me or are buyers more sketchy this year than ever? And why are they procrastinating? It's July 1 (well almost) and we are finally starting to see the "lake buyer's" and finally seeing the lake market hit. Are people really buying into the drive-by media? Are buyers still wary? Interest rates are at their lowest (common sense says they can only go up from here) inventory is abundant and varied and prices are great! What is stopping buyers? I'm interested to hear if anyone else out there is frustrated.
