The Charlotte Regional Realtor Association (CRRA) has just released the residential real estate monthly activity for the Charlotte real estate market for January 2010.  The news is mixed, with some "bright spots" and some "challenging spots." 
The average sales price of homes in January, 2010 was $200,592, a 5.2% decrease from last month (Dec. 2009), but a 6.1% increase from the average sales price a year ago in January 2009 ($189,048).  The average list price in January 2010 was $229,214, a 9.3% increase from the average list price a … (1 comments)
