I got a call this last week from a guy that wanted info about a house, I pulled it on the computer, and called him back,  We made an appt to see the house the next day.  Two hours later an agent from another company called me to tell me that her client had called me in error.  I said ok then hung up.  Should I have called him back and asked if he had an Buyers agreement with the other agent? 

I need help coming up with a catchy phrase to go along with my name.  It is Melissa Woo.

When you have a listing that is in Forclosure do you need to contact the bank with the offer or is the client suppose to contact the bank?  The house has been in forclosure for about 1 month.  Any advice would be helpful. 

Does anyone know how to get FSBO'S to let you list there homes for Sale?  I am having a lot of trouble finding things to say to get them to let me list there home.  Please let me know any secrets that you may have that could help me in this area of my business.
