Snow Sculpting in Breckenridge isn't a new thing. Breckenridge's snow sculpting competition has been around since the late 70's. It started as part of UllrFest, a celebration of the mythical Norse god of snow. I am the business manager and licensed agent for the Mountain Living team, in Frisco, Colorado. Our town was named by miners who came to Colorado from California during the gold rush. Naming places after their hometowns must have made them feel less homesick. Many of the old mining claims around here (3 comments)
Real estate and recreation opportunites in Silverthorne and all of Summit county. Ski areas nearby are Keystone, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain, with Lake Dillon providing summer activities. Dillon and Frisco are both nearby with lots of special events.
