We are offering a class to explain the new HVCC reguations and hoping to show Appraisers how to ear a living in this atmosphere.
Our last comments/blog about HVCC, several appraisers coudn't believe that we were offering a class to explain how to cope with HVCC. I believe it will and is of benefit to Appraisers who want to learn how to earn a living in this new atmosphere.

A Google Phone is a Reality...I just ordered one!
I read and posted a blog earlier that google was considering aphone, but it appears to be reality now in conjunction with T-Mobile- The phones are comparabe with my blackberry, but they have more features and the features are able to be expanded as per T-Mobile
I will write an update once I actually receive the phone itself and play with the features.
