Take NYS Approved Appraiser Continuing Education before you renew your Appraiser License
FIRST APPROVED APPRAISAL CONTINUING EDUCATION PROVIDER IN NY STATE!...every 2 years. 28 hours per 2 year renewal period before you renew your license + 7 Hour USPAP Mandatory Part of this regulation requires you to attend the 7 hour National USPAP Update course. USPAP is mandatory! No Exceptions! Questions?, call NY State at 518-474-4429. Due to limited seating, and advance book purchase requirements, no refunds are permitted once course is registered for.
