Here is a glance at what sold on the Carmel Indiana real estate market in November 2008:
November homes sales in Carmel was pretty much on par for the rest of the year. The number of homes sold was down by 28% and the average sales price was slightly down at 4%. There are two bits of good news this month; somehow the average days on the market was way down over last year and the absorption rate or # of months of inventory was down as well.

Here is a look at what happened on the real estate market for Indianapolis homes that sold for under $500,000 in November 2008:
After a couple months of only slight price decreases in Indianapolis, November saw a pretty big price decrease of 14% over last year. The number of homes sold being down 26% is really no shocker as this has become par for the course throughout the year.
