Both of the family bedrooms are quite spacious and have cathedral ceilings as well. The main bath has a five foot shower/tub combination with Whirlpool jets for those that like a relaxing bath. There is attractive white cabinetry with solid counter tops.

For those that like to entertain during the warmer months there is a stunning brick paver patio/stone work that was added over the last couple years.

Additional upgrades include new windows, heating system and brick walk ways. In total there are 6 rooms, 3 bedrooms and two full baths. The total gross living area is around 1600 square feet. The lot is .18 acres and the taxes for 2011 are $2984.
