In case you are not familiar with Zipvo.....Zipvo is a Real Estate Media and Video Platform that allows Reators, Videographers, Bloggers, or anyone else involved with Real Estate to either create or upload a video that will enhance themselves and their listings through the use of video, photovideo, blogs, and news FREE and EASILY. Connectture is another networking site similar to linkedin. It is a platform set up for you to manage and connect with others online. I just signed up and created my profile which of course is centered around Real Estate in Metrowest Massachusetts.
Social networking is becoming a bigger part of our business everyday. There are some social networking sites that are terrific and some that you know will not last. Is this a site that will last...who knows but it will take you 5 minutes to set up a profile and forget about it :)

Housing markets across most parts of the United States are facing their greatest downturn since the great depression.
The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) has proposed to Congress an additional stimulus package that I believe actually has a chance to make a real difference. This new stimulus package would create a tax credit for the purchase of a home.

I stumbled across a new site last week that I wanted share called SpicyPage. Spicypage lets you add your favorite websites and blogs. Once you are added to the site, members can vote on and bookmark your sites if they like them. You are also able to comment and and bookmark the sites you like as well.
