I will admit right up front this post is a shameless plug that shows if you put your mind to it you can succeed in any kind of Real Estate market.
Before I ever wrote my 1st blog article which was in July of 2007, I was a pretty decent Realtor. In fact this will be the 3rd time I have made it into the Top 100 RE/MAX teams in the country.
As of the end of November my team is ranked #91 in the United States for RE/MAX. I won't know for a few months if I managed … (92 comments)

I am a Realtor that is a big fan of Internet marketing. Over 85% of all buyers find their home online. Part of my marketing strategy online includes marketing my homes in the RealBird site.
Below is a map of homes I am marketing in towns around Metrowest Massachusetts including Hopkinton, Milford, Grafton, Upton, Medway, Mendon, Framingham, and Uxbridge. If you click on the homes on the map you will be taken to an individual listing page that gives you all the information on the specific home.

The RE/MAX website continues to pick up steam in terms of Real Estate traffic. RE/MAX is now the #3 Real Estate website overall and the #1 Real Estate company website. One of the biggest advantages of the RE/MAX site is that it offers the consumer the opportunity to see the majority of the listings on the internet (over 92%). If you go to the websites of the other major franchises you are only going to see listings for that particular franchise.

There will be a special RE/MAX balloon event taking place October 14, 2007.
The event is to raise money for The Massachusett's Special Olympics. The balloon rides will be free but donations will be accepted.
The event is taking place at the North Attleboro High/Middle School in MASS. The address is 564 Landry Avenue, North Attleboro MA 02760. All the fields are located in the back behind the high school. The balloon will be located in the center of the fields.
