The Townhomes of Brevard is a complex of two bedroom townhomes that is located in Indialantic, FL. The complex is just west of Hwy A!A about 3/4 of a mile north of 5th Ave in Indialantic. All the Townhomes are on Palmetto Ave (a dead end street that is within walking distance of Indialantic Elementary School (an A-Rated grade school in the Brevard County School System). The entire complex is less then one block from the Atlantic Ocean...so the beach is obviously a big draw!

In the South Brevard Beach area we have quite a few really nice townhome complexes that are within close proximity to the beach....but few have as much to offer potential buyers the Townhomes of Paradise Park in Indialantic!
The townhomes themselves are in a well maintained community just west of Paradise Beach Park (on the south side of Paradise)...the park is a public beachfront park with tons of amenities. South Patrick Shores is a small section of homes and light retail located between Satellite Beach and Patrick Air Force Base/the Pineda Causeway. It runs also runs between the ocean and the river. Since the completion of the project that takes the Pineda causeway from the beach all the way to I-95...many buyers are giving this area strong consideration.
...this area has some of the shortest commute times to I-95...this really helps for those looking to live near the beaches but travel to the Cape or Orlando metro area for work.

Beach Woods is a large complex of homes in the Melbourne Beach area just south of the City of Melbourne Beach. What makes this complex stand out are the nicely wooded grounds, gated security and the absolutely amazing array of amenities offered.

In the south Brevard beach area we have quite a few townhome and condo communities. Some of them offer a wide array of amenities (like pools, tennis courts, exercise facilities, clubhouses and more). Some offer a very limited package that will usually include common area landscaping and maintenance...Burns Village fits with those communities that offer a small package of amenities...along with very low HOA (Home Owner Association) fees ($65 a month).

We have quite a few very nice condo buildings from the Pineda Causeway in Satellite Beach...all the way down to south Melbourne Beach...the Villager Condo in Indialantic is a great example of area beachfront condo living.
The apartments in the Villager are between 1200 and 1500 sqft 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. About 3/4 of the apartments have full to partial ocean view. The building was built in 1975 so you will find different levels of upgrade in every condo you see here (some have been fully re-done...while others have never had any upgrades at all).

The Coral Palm Condo in Indialantic, FL is not only a beautiful well located beachfront building...it is close to everything from shopping (Walmart, Winn Dixie grocery store, Publix, and much more) to parks (Canova Beach Park and Paradise Beach Park are both close by), restaurants, hotels, live music (Lou's Blues is within walking distance) and much more.

TreeTop Village in Melbourne Beach (South Beaches) is a very unique development that is truly like nothing else you will see on the entire Space Coast. It is a development that was designed to fit into its natural surroundings and not overpower it. The best description I can give is that the neighborhood looks like a bunch of cabins that you might find when searching for vacation rental cabins on a lake in Upstate NY.

The Sanctuary is one of my favorite communities in the South Brevard Beach area. It is located in Indialantic...just south of the Eau Gallie Causeway. The location is ideal for those commuting to the mainland side...while still allowing VERY close proximity to the beaches.
The Sanctuary is a gated community that has a nice array of amenities. A clubhouse that includes activities like happy hours and meeting facilities...two tennis courts for residents...and a community pool that is open nightly until 10pm (note: no lifeguards). Many small neighborhoods dot the South Brevard Beach area from the Pineda Causeway down to the South Melbourne Beaches. One Such neighborhood is Sea Side in Indialantic, FL.
Have you ever dreamed of living in a small enclave of homes with no through traffic...all beautifully maintained homes, all with tile roofs...very affordable...and have it be directly across the street from the beach? Sea Side might just be what your looking for!

We have many types of neighborhoods in South Brevard County Florida. From townhomes to condos....from planned communities to neighborhoods of small homes built in the 1950's and 60's.
Martisia is a south Braved beach side planned community that offers beautiful landscaping and lots of amenities. Martesia is located in Indian Harbour Beach on Hwy A1A between the Pineda Causeway and the Eau Gallie Causeway directly across the street from the beach!
