This is a test run on this diagram so I hope it cooperates....As you can see by the above graph, the properties that are under $350,000 are really the ones that are generating sales. Within this range, 14 properties sold and 25 were newly listed. As compared to the properties listed over $400,000 where there were only 6 that went pending and 1 sale. This information concludes that the Real Estate activity in the North Colonie School district are most active & competitive within the $150,000-300,000 price range.
