There are so many tools out there today to use to market your listings and yourself in your business, yet we all know too well the amount of time that it takes to get everything completed.
You have to go in to one system to do one thing (ie enter listing information, sydicate, blogs), another program to do another.
 
If you had the choice to use a system that had everything in ONE PLACE . . . what would you want it to do for you?

The Money You "Lost" in Your Price Reduction Wasn't Real - 09/11/10 12:01 PM
I wanted to share this post, because I believe this is absolute the best analogy of what the market is truly doing, and how sellers need to get real with their expectations of the market.  Even though the market in this agent's area is priced in a very different market than here in Pearl River County, the factors are still the same and the reality is: "If you aren't priced right, you aren't going to sell".
